Cancellations & Returns
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order with us, please send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We can cancel your order at any time, providing the goods have not been despatched.
In the event that your order has been dispatched, you can return the goods within 7 working days. The goods must be returned in their perfect, unopened condition and sealed in their original packaging. The costs of returning goods to us will be met by you. On receipt of the goods, we will then authorise a refund. We will refund the cost of the goods only.
The Goods will remain your responsibility until they have been safely delivered to us. We strongly advise that you ensure the Goods and get proof of posting in case of loss or damage. In the event that your parcel is damaged, i.e. leaking, please ensure you still take delivery as we will need evidence of it in form of a photo to replace the damaged item. if you refuse the item you do so at your own risk because it is near impossible for us to recover the parcel. OCD Finish Malta
Our aim is to dispatch goods as soon as possible and our delivery times refers to the delivery time only and applies when goods are dispatched. Most orders placed before 5:30pm, will leave our premises the following day. Deliveries will be dispatched using Maltapost p.l.c. services and therefore we have no control over postage costs. All parcels will be tracked and registered to ensure delivery. Therefore, please ensure somebody is home to take delivery and is of legal age to sign for the parcel. If not, please provide a safe place for us to leave the parcel in the notes section before submitting your order. Delivery times are totally up to Maltapost p.l.c. and thus, we have no control over this. Please be aware that in some cases, dispatch can take longer due to high order volumes and unforeseen circumstances.
When entering your delivery address please ensure that you give all the relevant information and that you have double checked your delivery address before processing the order. If the information given is not accurate this will result in us incurring addition delivery costs from our shippers. We reserve the right to pass this cost on to the customer if the incorrect information has been given. With this process, we will also ask the carrier to hold your parcel until the additional shipping has been paid.
We can also offer our own delivery option. If you’d like to use this service instead of Maltapost p.l.c., please select ‘Local Pick-up’ when checking out. We will personally contact you via the e-mail provided before delivery and will arrange delivery at a time and place suitable for both parties. Please allow us some time to contact you ourselves. This time can vary depending on multiple circumstances and therefore we apologize for any inconvenience. This delivery option can be delayed until a suitable date and time for delivery can be arranged. This service will incur a small delivery charge that is to be met by the buyer. The cost varies depending on the delivery location and the customer will be informed about the cost by the same e-mail. An additional charge will incur if the parcel will be on its way and for some reason, delivery is cancelled by the customer’s end. We regret to inform that this option is not available for Gozo yet but we’re currently working on it.
